Digital Marketing Manager

Are you a Digital Μarketing Manager? We are looking to add a Digital Marketer to our EshopsWithIQ team, to help us with the planning and implementation of Paid Advertising campaigns in order to grow our customer base, traffic, lead generation and sales for us and our customers.

We’re looking for an experienced and tech-savvy digital marketing expert who understands the digital marketing world and what drives demand for us and our customers. You will create and optimize digital marketing campaigns and leverage all the available tools in order to successfully drive sales and leads for us and our customers.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns (mainly Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including Google Shopping Ads)
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help optimize the marketing automation platform of the company
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Working experience of 4+ years in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
